Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
   These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between O.G. Fine Arts and its customers regarding the sale of artworks concluded by telephone, e-mail or via this website.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
   The presentation of artworks does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only concluded once an order has been confirmed in writing (e.g. by e-mail).
3. Prices
   All prices are quoted in EUR. Any shipping and packing costs are stated separately in the offer or order confirmation.
4. Payment
   The available payment methods are set out on the page Payment. As a rule, delivery takes place after receipt of payment.
5. Delivery and transfer of risk
   Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. The risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, as far as legally permissible.
6. Retention of title
   The artwork remains the property of O.G. Fine Arts until payment has been received in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
   Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found on the page Withdrawal.
8. Warranty
   The statutory warranty rights apply. Minor colour deviations due to different monitor settings usually do not constitute a defect.
9. Place of jurisdiction
   Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of O.G. Fine Arts. German law shall apply.
