Purchase & Payment

Every artwork at O.G. Fine Arts is a unique original. We guide you personally through the purchase – transparent, reliable, and with the care art deserves.

Order process

As each piece is one of a kind, only one order can be accepted per artwork. The purchase therefore always takes place on the basis of a specific offer.

• Inquiry: Send your purchase request via our order form or email.
• Offer: We confirm availability and provide price, shipping, and insurance details.
• “First come, first served”: Priority is determined by the first binding acceptance of the offer.
• Reservation: Upon request, we reserve an artwork for 3 business days after the offer is sent. If no acceptance is received, the piece becomes available again.
• Payment: After you accept the offer, you receive the invoice with all payment details.
• Shipping / collection: Once payment is received, we ship the artwork or arrange pickup.

Payment methods

You may choose from the following options:

• Cash payment: for collection or personal handover by appointment.
• Bank transfer: our bank details are stated on the offer and invoice.
• PayPal: PayPal payments are available. Go to PayPal
• International transfers: any bank fees and exchange costs are borne by the buyer. For EU transfers, please use SEPA where applicable.

Invoice & VAT

Your invoice includes full artwork details (artist, title, medium, dimensions, year), purchase price, shipping and insurance costs, and the payment deadline.

• Germany: invoices include German VAT at the applicable statutory rate.
• EU: private customers receive invoices including German VAT. For businesses with a valid VAT ID, supply may be VAT-exempt as an intra-Community delivery.
• Outside the EU: invoices are issued net (without German VAT). Any import duties/taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Retention of title

Ownership of the artwork transfers to the buyer only after full payment has been received. Until then, the artwork remains the property of O.G. Fine Arts.
