Elfriede Otto was born in 1934 in Dortmund.
Autodidactic study of representational and abstract painting in various artist groups.
1989 further studies with Prof. Yoshi Takahashi at the Summer Academy Salzburg.
After further intensive collaboration with Prof. Yoshi Takahashi in the Atelier Eglau, first exhibition Fortress Salzburg and numerous other solo exhibitions.
